Your Library’s curbside pickup service is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
To use curbside pickup, place holds on items you want to check out by searching the catalog or calling (423) 434-4450. You can put up to 15 items on hold for curbside pickup.
We’ll email you when your items are ready. Holds placed on items that are in our Library are often ready the same day. However, many factors can affect how soon an item is available. Place your holds before 4 p.m. on weekdays if you need the items right away.
When you arrive at the Library, park in the designated curbside pickup spots and call (423) 434-4455. A staff member will bring your items out.
Print Pickup
If you’d like to pick up a print order at curbside pickup, place your order here and we’ll email you as soon as it’s ready. You’ll pay for your order when you pick it up. Please bring exact change if possible; there is a minimum charge of $2 if you pay by credit card.
