Please note our operating hours below before submitting an application. Meetings may only be held when the library is open.

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Technical Support: If you plan to use the TVs with your laptop computer, you must know how to connect your computer’s HDMI port to an external screen and how to control the picture and sound. Library staff may not be available for technical support during your event to assist with issues using the TVs. If you want to test your laptop prior to your event, please schedule a test session at least one week prior. Call the Library’s office manager at (423) 434-4362 to schedule a test session.
